    Organization Recertification check list for Academic Year 2009 - 2010 

     

    2010 dates and details will be posted summer 2010


    • Attend organization president and advisor meeting every fall semester. Fall 2009 meeting will be Wednesday September 23rd 4 pm, Bayou Bijou in Student Union.
    • Submit recertification on line form no later than Friday October 9th to obtain recognition for the academic 2009-2010 year. Form will go live after September 23rd meeting. Instructions will be provided at that meeting.
    • Email roster of organization members to joan@louisiana.edu Rosters must include first name, last name, CLID number in excel format. Roster to be emailed AFTER on line recertification form is submitted.
    • Risk Management chair/social chair AND organization president attend the alcohol workshop if alcohol will be present at ANY organization function.  Officers do not have to attend the same workshop date.

    • Read and understand University Alcohol and Drug Policy. Document listed below.
    • Read and understand rules governing events with alcohol. Document listed below.
    • Read and understand University anti-hazing policy. Document listed below.

      Once on line form, roster, and alcohol workshop are completed (if applicable), organization president will receive an email from Dean of Students office confirming recognition for 2009 - 2010 academic year.


      On line recertification form, organization roster, and alcohol workshop attendance (if applicable) MUST be completed/turned in by
      Friday, October 9th 2009.
