    Organization Recertification check list for Academic Year 2010 - 2011

     


    • Attend organization president and advisor meeting every fall semester. Fall 2010 meeting will be Tuesday September 21st 3:30 pm, Bayou Bijou in Student Union.
    • Submit recertification online form no later than Friday October 8th to obtain recognition for the academic 2010-2011 year. Form will go live after September 21st meeting. Instructions will be provided at that meeting. Include with online certification form a roster of organization members. Rosters must include first name, last name, CLID number in excel format. Ogranizations will not be approved for recertification without a roster.
    • Attend Alcohol Workshops (if applicable)- mandatory for those organizations having events with alcohol 

     

    Alcohol Workshop - Organization President AND those officers that plan events with alcohol must attend at least one session (Social Chair, Events Chair, Risk Management Chair)

     

    Wednesday September 22nd 3:30 pm Bastille room

    Monday September 27th 3:30 pm Evangeline room

    Thursday October 7th 3:30 pm Evangeline room


    Once on line form and roster are submitted, and alcohol workshop are completed (if applicable), organization president will receive an email from Dean of Students office confirming recognition for 2010 - 2011 academic year. Virtual EMS log in information will follow from Student Union within a few days from organization recertification approval.



    On line recertification form, organization roster, and alcohol workshop attendance (if applicable) MUST be completed/submitted by
    Friday, October 8th 2010.
