EMS - Master Calendar
Check here for all student organization events. If you don't see any events listed on the calendar go to calendar at the top and click student calendar.
All events that are conducted by a student organization MUST be registered with the Dean of Students Office two weeks prior to the event. Events must be registered regardless if they occur on-campus or off-campus. To register an event with the Dean of Students Office please go the Virtual EMS page. Contact the Student Union at studentunion@louisiana.edu if your Virtual EMS password does not work. Only organization president and Virtual EMS requestor for the organization shall have permission to register events in Virtual EMS.

Mandatory Organization President and Advisor Meeting - September 21st, 2010 3:30 pm Bayou Bijou. Followed by Grilling with the Presidents
A dinner for Student Organization Presidents and Advisors given by Dr. Savoie.
Alcohol Workshops - mandatory for those organizations having events with alcohol
Organization President AND those officers that plan events with alcohol must attend at least one session (Social Chair, Events Chair, Risk Management Chair)

Student Orientation Expo 2011 – set up a table during the early orientation and/or summer orientation sessions. Register your organization in spring 2011 for one or all sessions. Greek organizations will get specific instructions from the Greek Deans about summer orientations. Registration info coming spring 2011.
